Every office or home computer geek needs some help some time. Good local company when you need some computer tech assistance.

I'm hesitant to write a bad review on a company as I always try to give them the opportunity to make it right before doing so. After a week and a half of leaving multiple messages for the owner, who is in the office, but "on the other line" each time I call, my patience have run out. I have had two experiences with Computer Team, the first being a quick and easy fix done remotely, but unfortunately the second one was not as quick or easy.

I have a hard time understanding how a company with such poor customer service is still in business. As a non-for-profit and this being our main operating computer, we were never made a priority and many times had to followup with them because they never called when they said they would. Once I picked up and paid for the computer I got it back to our office and set up.

There were a few programs that we had agreed to reinstall on our end, but we learned that they had not reinstalled Microsoft Office for us so I was unable to use Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. At this point I was sure they'd make us priority especially since our computer had been down for about two weeks now and we had already paid for the repair service--that was not the case.

Our last call to them wasn't even returned for over 24hrs and during that wait time the computer starting showing signs of the initial problem that made us take it to them in the first place. We ended up having to take it to another repair shop who had it back to us in less than a day with everything repaired and Microsoft Office reinstalled. This was a refreshing change and more along the lines of how service should be.

I have requested a refund for the labor part of our bill from Computer Team and am still awaiting a return call from the owner. I highly suggest choosing a different computer repair shop for your computer problems.
