Sampsonics Computer was formed in 2005 by Scott and Alison Denzel in Killingly CT to provide our local community with fast and reliable IT services. We started out providing basic computer repair and have expanded our services over the years to include everything from Security camera setups to Server installation for small businesses.
We can help you troubleshoot any problem with your computer or network. We repair desktops and notebooks whether custom built or name brand. We can troubleshoot startup issues, hardware, and software problems. We can test and replace failed components. We have a large variety of the most common replacement parts which means a fast turnaround time.
Most of our rates are based on a flat fee and estimates are fixed so that if the work takes longer than expected you dont pay more!. All repairs come with a 30 day labor guarantee. What does that really mean for you? This ensures that if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 30 days of our repair, We will fix it free of any labor charge. This does not include viruses, spyware infections.

I just can not write enough good about Sampsonics and the wonderful young man that runs it. I also appreciate Nick and for all that he has done to make an older person feel OK. You are the best of the best Scott. Scott knows the story of the guy before I found Scott. I was actually afraid of him and was so relieved that my housekeeper was here while he was. I have been with Sampsonics for awhile now and every experience has been beyond the very best. I would also like to tell Scott that the young man who answered the phone earlier this afternoon helped me very easily over the phone. He was gentle and especially helpful to an older person who loves the internet but is not at all literate. Thank you Scott for running a wonderful business.
