I went in there in a panic because I thought my computer was on death row. Left with piece of mind after they figured out it was an easy fixing, and I was just being desperate and dramatic. Great customer service! 10/10 would go back, but hopefully I don't have to!

Great service. Parts took some time to come in. However, this was not the fault of Starkville Computers. They made sure to keep me up to date through the entire process. The repair took no time at all once the parts finally arrived. Happy customer here!

I purchased my laptop that I use for work at Starkville Computers. Patrick was super helpful in helping me pick one out for my needs. Service after the sale is also great (minor issue, that was my fault as it turns out). Great folks all around!

Fast service. My computer was fixed in less than a week (screen replacement). They also did it far cheaper than I expected. It's as if I never damaged my computer in the first place. Oh, and the staff is very friendly as well.

Hands down the best customer service in the world! Even though it took almost three hours, it was well worth the wait to have my stuff moved to a new laptop and have everything basically set up for me. 10/10 recommend seeing them about any computer maintenance. They are so sweet and helpful, I will definitely be coming to them if anything is wrong with my new computer.

Truly amazing service. I am a new student and believed I had a problem that would take hundreds of dollars to fix. Mr. Richard fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I met the owner and many of the staff that were kind and care about customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck. If you need something repaired, don't wast your time with anyone else.

If I could give negative stars I would. It's excruciatingly slow. I took my computer to the store FOUR WEEKS ago and just got my quote on how much it would be after going to the store. (not to mention the three times that I called to check up on it and was told I was "next" and that they'd get back with me the next day. I called to say I was picking it up to take somewhere else but was convinced to give it another day. A week later i had to go to the store where they had quotes ready but hadn't called to inform me.) It's just been ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend.

Our computer server crashed at Scotty's Wine and Spirits and Starkville Computers was at our store 10 minutes after we called them. They did an outstanding job. Great service and fair price.
