NP Computers

Considering that I came down from N. Illinois, it's a bit of a stretch to call them "local". They are, however, good people who know what they are doing, and their prices are great. LOCAL, SMOCAL!

Bought a used laptop from this company. They were courteous and asked of my needs for using the computer. Made sure it would do what I needed. The computer came with windows 7 which is great because the new 10 isn't as easy to operate. The computer already has professional versions of anti virus software. There is well over $100 worth of additional software on the computer that they added before selling. They offered a month warraty on the computer. Double what you get on a new from walmart. Impressed with the knowledgable staff and courtesy shown me. highly recommend!

The five stars is a visual positive feed back hoping it will intrigue you to look at the remainder of this review. First and foremost with any service transaction is friendly, courteous and a genuine concern involving your reason for stepping into their front door. I received that and a whole lot more. I was able to make informed decisions as all options for my solutions were addressed and explained to my understanding.

Staff follow up was received with the same friendly, courteous and a genuine concern. I could make this a long drawn out explanations of my woes and disappointments with all of my past visits with so called computer repair business but I really do not want to waste your time. Just get off of this computer and head over to Np Computers and I guarantee they will become you sole and lifetime Computer got to place. Paula Berry
