Two hours after calling for the first time we have the failed server up and running with the part that we needed. Thanks again Camron for the support, parts, advise, and great price! I would not hesitate to recommend SCSI Stuff.

Purchased a Dell PowerEdge R720 from This store a couple of years ago for IT Development work. Server ran reliably for over two years never had a problem.

I've had two computers built by SCSI Stuff over the last decade. The customized computers work perfectly and are fairly priced. But what sets SCSI apart is the remarkable customer service between purchases. Whenever I have a computer-related question, someone is there to help via email or to walk me through something by phone. Priceless!

I purchased a graphics card from this company via eBay. Installed in my Mac Pro under load I could hear a strange sound I later discovered to be called 'coil whine'. I requested a return as there was free 30 day returns when I got a very rude reply back. This is the EXACT reply: "scsistuff_llc: These cards are designed for use in a PC environment which usually has a lot more airflow.

Most likely the fan is spinning up because the case is hot / restricted airflow. We tested all these cards very well before shipping. Most likely the fan is spinning up to keep the card cool. But of course you already decided to file a return claiming the card is not working so we'll just take it back verify it works fine and then sell it to someone who won't be an apple user." Really! WOW! scistuff_llc receives card back and instead of giving me the full refund as expected instead gives me a bill for a bracket sayings its bent and charges me 57$ for which is a complete lie!

Didn't even provide any photographic evidence to support these absurd claims, when we all have cell phones, red flag. Anyone that knows Mac Pro has enough room for even the longest cards without any risk of bending them. Also claims I defaced the card even though I never would do that. Not sure where he got that idea from but its a complete lie! BEWARE of these people, especially on eBay.

I would be able to handle this better if I could go to this TX location but your states away so this is the best I can do. Feel free to take down my review. I will remake the blog on google with the exact conversation and eBay final decision - SCISTUFF_LLC eBay Scammer!

I always need something from this place. Gets odds and ends for servers and storage hardware here. Decent prices and helpful people.
