Beacon Computers has exceeded my expectations. My first encounter with them was for my son's gaming computer - blue screen of death -- they fixed it and were able to save all his files. Next, was a external hard drive that was locked up and wouldn't load. Tons of old pics. They were able to transfer everything to a new external and I didn't lose a thing. Prices are extremely FAIR! Their PROFESSIONALISM is unmatched.

We recently brought in a Western Digital hard drive which was part of the recent data loss breach experienced by thousands of WD customers nationwide. WD was doing nothing to help for over 8 weeks so we took a shot going locally to try to recover our data and Chris at Beacon was phenomenal! He was able to recover thousands of photos, documents and precious memories that we feared we lost at a reasonable price and did it within 2 days. Highly recommend the team at Beacon and will be back for all computer needs.

So I finally had time to check my computer myself. I purchased the part on amazon for $8 replaced the broken part in 5 min and my computer works. I was told by this business that something completely different was wrong and would cost almost $150-200 to fix. I knew what they told me wasn't true. Again DO NOT GO THERE!

So thankful I came across this business. I brought them my 20-plus-year old old computer in hopes they could access the photos and videos. The machine was running Windows 95 and only had a dial-up connection to the Internet. I couldn't find anyone to help me. Beacon accessed the hard drive for me and transferred all of the media files to a thumb drive. Took them no time at all and now I can get rid of the bulky tower and can keep the pictures and videos forever. Thank you so much!

Went in to get my iphone screen fixed. Reasonable, quick but more then anything, it was done 100% the right way. Have had 2 screens replaced in the past and always came back with problems. My screen was destroyed this time and it was rehabbed like brand new. Will be back and telling er body where to get their screen fixed!
