I only heard about this company because they started spamming me. Guaranteed way to lose my business! Their website talks a lot about "ethics", but they don't have an obvious way for non-members to complain about spam, and I'm sorry, adding an "unsubscribe to this email" link to the bottom of spam doesn't count, since I didn't subscribe in the first place. Also, they have a blog on their site, which they haven't updated since 2011, so that makes me skeptical about the rest of their quality of service.
