Roger was professional and extremely helpful in explaining CMS internet service upon installation. He conducted a signal test in our home to ensure that it would reach each room. One week later, internet service is fast and consistent. Because my spouse and I often work from home and conduct frequent remote meetings, our internet service needs to be reliable. So far so good.

I'm on the fence. Will update my rating after we discover why my 50Mbps plan is only supplying 3,-15Mbps and how it is handled. In response, I did try to call in and only got voicemail.this isn't my first call for tech issues.after getting a call back a few min. later, I changed my rating. Phil was very helpful and I expect this matter will be resolved soon.
