Established in southeastern Wisconsin in October of 1988, Milwaukee PC, Inc. (MPC) has over 60 employees, and sales and service branches located throughout the state of Wisconsin. After experiencing a devastating computer invasion, Milwaukee PC came to my aid with magnificent delivery! Randy, my contact at the 27th Street store made me feel at ease and helped me through the process with high technical knowledge and kindness. Randy did a great job with a refirb desktop pc gave me nice bells and whistles with free generac microsoft office. Hooked up my windows media player to play cds and movies and recycled my old computer at no cost. Milwaukee PC needs an A with better business bureau and I will return again someday. Best Buy has no clue!

So satisfied I went in to get a battery replacement for an Acer laptop. They ordered the battery at no cost to me - when the battery was in they called me. brought the laptop in and all good. Super service! $80+ later its done and am a happy customer. The staff is courteous and so very smart on any level of computer. Again great job - Jason you dealed with me and its all good.

I used Milwaukee PC this past week when a server at my company went down. We were trying to recover the hard drive, and quick. The team at this location was friendly, quick, and helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn't recover our hard drive - but later the same day they had an odd part that we needed to get a new server hooked up. Happy to have them in our neighborhood!

- IT guy at work removed the pics from my MacBook and loaded them on discs. - When I tried to access pics my Mac couldn't read them. - Spent a 1 1/2 hrs at Apple store trying to resolve issue. NOT. sigh. - IT guy at my daughter's work couldn't figure it out either and recommended Milwaukee PC 5 minutes at Milwaukee PC and Jason figured it out!

My laptop motherboard fried and I bought another laptop at a great price from the store and was the same model but better than my old one. It has 2 hard drives and the salesman said he could take my old hard drive and put It in my new laptop saving all of my memory. I got a great deal on my new laptop PLUS no charge for putting in my old hard drive.
He also took something out of my broken laptop and increased my memory in the new one, at no charge. Exception service and went above and beyond what I expected! He made a very happy customer for sure and will always go there (like in the past) for any computer problems. 5 stars plus!

I'm giving Milwaukee PC 3 stars due to the enormous wait I ended up waiting. I was told my computer would be fixed within a few days. A week later I finally was able to pick it up. I went in for a simple diagnosis on why my computer wasn't starting up. The lady finally explained to me what was wrong and I fixed it by myself. I would say she knew what she was doing, but didn't know how to prioritize time. Come here if you have time to get your computer fixed. If not don't come here.

I have lost a lot of time and money with these people. I been completely ripped off, they must think I'm stupid as I would imagine they think all of the costumers that go in there are. Worst experience of my life and I will be lucky I don't lose my job after dealing with them. My story goes like this, I need my computer for work. I make videos so my editing system is really key for me. Windows 10 update had screwed me over and I had to reinstall windows 8.
After doing so, while re-uploading all my features I lost I got a Hijacker on my compute disguised as something not it's name and me being unable to detect it I realized I needed professional help. A friends recommendation brought me to Milwaukee PC, I went to the location on Jackson St as convenient to me. I brought in my computer and explained to the man exactly what what the issue.
I have already had a friend take a look at it and he recommended a second swipe, now after spending a day n a half doing it the first time I really wasn't up for the second time and clearly doing something wrong the last time, just pay to have it done. Now, I had dropped it of Friday and was called Saturday (calling me a name that is not my name so I was confused when I got the call, I mean just read the order form) saying they found the virus it's being handled and told I can pick it up Monday.
I went in 9am sharp when they first open and picked it up by an employee I had not seen when I first dropped it of. After getting home and looking at my machine NOTHING WAS DONE. I was charged $70.00! I was outraged, everything was the same. I called the immediately and brought it right back. Explained a second time to the employee who has charged me from that morning and told me that non of the information I had given to the man when I dropped it off Friday was translated to her, well not really.
She said there was a note on it saying virus. I said look, I need this for work, she apologized and told me that my fee will be put towards the work that will be done to correct the problem. She then told me what I already know, that it needs to be wiped and reinstalled again in order to make sure the hijacker is removed. It is now Wednesday I still have to reinstall my editing software, not to mention all my footage and I have now lost all my project work that had been done.
I really think they need to go out of business, I'm so completely stressed out. It burns me up the most to think that they really didn't do A THING to my computer and charged $70.00 to think I wouldn't notice that truly nothing was even done. After the fact it came to $170.00 to take windows 8 off back up my info and put it back on again.
