If you need your phone repaired, THIS is the place to go! Chancynn helped me and my girlfriend out when she shattered her phone. He said it would take about an hour or so to fix, he had it finished and brand new looking in just under 45 minutes! And his attitude and friendliness was outstanding! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone if they need their phone fixed! Update: Chancynn once again went above and beyond!
My whole screen turned into a bright green light and he assured that he would have it fixed in 45 minutes to an hour! He blew that out of the water! Had it finished in a little over half an hour and my phone is as good as new!

A+ computers was able to help me right away when my laptop decided it didn't want to work anymore. The staff member walked me through steps to address the problem over the phone, and when that didn't work said I could come right in and he would take a look to see if it was a simple fix or if it needed something more involved. Luckily for me, it was a simple (for them!) fix which he did quickly and professionally AND didn't charge me an arm and a leg for. Shout out to Troy - you were wonderful! Will definitely use again if I have any other technical problems crop up.

I brought my MacBook in because I closed a pencil in the screen and it cracked. Not only were they able to get the screen the next day, they had it installed soon after they got it. Looks like an original Mac part too! They repair computers, phones, tablets, and consoles and I will definitely return if I break something again. Thank you A Plus!

The team at A+ computers was very helpful in my hard drive recovery. It was a complicated situation and took a few tries, but their staff did not give up and I was able to eventually retrieve the information that I had lost, when other local computer repair shops were unable too. Took my father's iPad Pro to get the battery/or charging port fixed recently, and the whole process was a quick and easy experience. They promptly called me the next day and let me know just the battery needed replaced and they could have it done within the next couple of days. When we got it back, it worked like a champ! Waaay cheaper than replacing the entire thing! Thanks again A+++++ Computers!

I had such a great experience! I brought my laptop in with a broken screen. They immediately ordered a new one and installed it. I just picked it up and it looks brand new again. Sabrina called me several times to keep me updated on the turnaround times and ordering the correct parts. Highly recommend if you have any computer need!

Brought my desktop pc in, wouldn't turn on. I had just got it two months ago brand new. Took it in thinking it was my power supply. Took them 2 minutes to figure out it was most likely the motherboard or cpu instead. Saving me the hassle of replacing the power supply just to figure out that wasn't the issue. Very friendly.

I couldn't have been more satisfied as a customer experiencing a potential malware attack on my laptop. The service technician, Don G., was awesome, talking me off the ledge and fixing my problem in 10 minutes and for a very reasonable fee. He's also very personable, professional and knowledgeable. In and out! These guys know their stuff. I admit they can be a little pricey on their products, but I'd rather give my money to a local small business than some big internet mogul. I like that if I have a question, they are ready with an answer. They are done to earth and the service was quick. I'd recommend them if you have any pc issues. Update, still great guys with lots of knowledge and willing to share it. Again, in and out. Very helpful and reasonable prices. Why go anywhere else?

It was Mr. Alex. Troy was there, he was very helpful when my mother and I was there. But previously there is one person there who really helped me out. I couldn't get his name. The mac I have is the heart of my production. I was willing to pay for it for repair. I gave several chances to Mr. Alex, he might be struggling in his life. As everyone is. My screws were not even the original one anymore. I got angry. It took two months.

New power supply partially installed. Asked them to finish plugging in and find where jumper that was loose went to. That is it.they called Me and claimed non working water cooled processor and fan not working and misc other stuff. Told me $500 to fix it. I quickly informed them I didn't ask them to fix any of that and do that myself as I have a degree and was just being lazy. They called me 5 minutes later to tell me just 3 controllers weren't plugged in and mysteriously all was working now. Time has not been good to their honesty.be wary.

They know their stuff and are willing to help you find PC parts that they don't even sell at the store. Only reason this isn't a 5 star is they have a tendency to strongly suggest you buy all their parts from them. They aren't rude about it, but the prices are a lot higher then online, and while thats understandable from a brick and mortar store, it is a little annoying having then assume you're going to buy every part from them when they come back with a PC diagnosis.

I just bought my first gaming pc and I am kinda nervous about everything. I went in looking at monitors for my set up at an intro level. The guys at A-Plus were awesome! Answered all my questions even the dumb ones. I went back about a hour later and ended up buying a 27 scepter monitor and I couldn't be happier. Value.

On Monday, February 8th, I called this establishment to get help in learning how to "block" emails. I spoke with Christopher and he was absolutely superb--patient, thoroughly knowledgeable, and was able to talk me through how to use this feature with my Gmail account. I highly recommend this company for Fort Wayne, IN. They do an excellent job.

I stopped into the a plus on parnell today to ask about getting a new battery for my mothers laptop. Later on I found out that it was virtually impossible to get a battery from a brick and mortar store because of the thousands of different types of batteries in existence for laptops. Here I am ready and willing to order a new battery for this laptop but found that it would be far to difficult to do so from a plus computers.
When I asked how long it would take, the answer was 'I dunno' and 'maybe a couple of days, maybe a couple of weeks'. When I asked how much, I got 'I dunno' and after pushing for a better answer, 'might be as much as fifty. At no point did the service guy ask me questions that would give me the impression that he wanted to help me, such as what kind of laptop is it? or may I see the battery you're holding in your hand?.
Instead I felt as if I was talking to a brick wall that wanted nothing to do with me or any business that I might bring to the store. So now I find myself looking online for something that I am unsure about and will take the risk of ordering the wrong one, all because the professional acted aloof and uncaring about my problem. I understand the difficulties with getting a new laptop battery and that it might not have been a big ticket item sales-wise, but it's just good business to help with even the small things. You never know, that same customer might want a whole new gaming pc set-up one day.and now they might just go to best buy instead.

Very friendly and willing to work with you. I had bought a 1650 super and come to find out it was not compatible with my motherboard. Instead of just being like buyer beware they actually had me bring in my system and tried another gpu a 1060 and it worked. They just had me pay the difference. That was super awesome of them.

They took my computer at a time when they were already overloaded and short staffed. They were polite and professional when I would call or come in to check on the progress. We went there for an upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 coz next year Jan 14 2020, there will be no more updates for W 7. The charge is 100. The other laptop that we brought in was damaged casing which got broke on the side and also affected the fan, so they took care of it nicely just like how it was before. That costs 249 for repairs. They did a great job. You get what you paid for right?

Went there to have them take a look at my laptop, which has been unable to find or connect to Wi-Fi lately. They diagnosed a driver problem and fixed it while I was standing there. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Additionally, my touchpad hasn't worked correctly since I bought the laptop. I had just accepted that as a quirk of the computer since I prefer to use a mouse anyway, but I had to warn the guy not to use the touchpad or it would freak out and start clicking random things.
I had no intention of paying to fix it as I thought it would be an expensive repair. After installing the programs to fix the Wi-Fi issue, he said that my touchpad was having a similar problem, and should be fixed now as well. Didn't even have to pay anything for that. I am very grateful for the quick repair.

Took laptop there for screen repair. The cost was going to be over $300, so I told them not to fix it, as it wasn't worth the cost to me. When I arrived to pick up the broke computer, I was expecting to pay a fee for them looking at it.but they actually fixed the computer to my surprise and told me my total was $320. After a minute, the gentleman admitted he had made a mistake by having it fixed, and offered several solutions to the problem. All solutions were fair, so I picked one. They might've lost money on this transaction, but they gained my respect, earned my business, and this great review.

Logan at A Plus was extremely helpful! Found out a power supply I had been trying to find had actually been custom made. No other stores I visit could diagnose the issue. Was very honest, direct, and great customer service. A Plus gets A+, even though we couldn't fix today, I'm going back to them for any computer related needs. Made an hour trip here on a reccomendation to replace a graphics card. I always prefer to do business with independent businesses as locally as possible. I took my failing card in for reference and when I told the associate that I was looking to purchase a high end card, he insisted on arguing that what I had was not a high end card. This was not even my point.
I came in with a $400 - $700 budget for a new, HIGHER end card and was driven away by a staff member who was more interested in showing how little he thought I knew than making a sale. I had no such problems with NewEgg. They were happy to take my business with nary a condescending comment.

I've unfortunately have had a terrible experience with this shop. I chose them to build a custom video editing computer and from the start the black magic card they installed is not compatible with other parts of the system. I "try" to use this on live events to playback simple video files & there is always an issue. I had taken the computer back to them to correct the problems, they originally tried to say it wasn't there problem.
Then they blamed it on the guy that built the system that "didn't work there anymore" then they took it & said they would call when it was fixed. Two weeks later, I end up calling to check in & am told "yea, its been here for you".The thing still doesnt perform the way it should.

Horrible Experience. Brought in an iPhone 5 in with a software issue. After three hours I returned to find that they couldn't do anything for my iPhone and it was essentially bricked. After explaining that my phone was as good as a paperweight they tried to sell me a used iPhone for $350. I was extremely disappointed. I decided to get a second opinion at another computer store within the strip.
They were able to completely fix the phone in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. A Plus Computers wanted to charge me $350 to replace a phone that had a minor non-hardware issue. That's a scam. Never returning.

Have always been skeptical / distrustful of computer stores. until my recent experience at A+ Computers. Needed help getting an old laptop running again. They could have easily steered me toward replacing the laptop or looked at it as a low priority repair, but instead were helpful, worked to provide the most effective and low cost solutions, and did so in a timely manner.
