When I acquired Bedlam Computers with my partner we didn't see many good options for computer repair and service for the average computer owner in Norman. We quickly acquired a vision of relieving these frustrations and providing the best quality service at competitive prices for our customers. We created Norman's only guaranteed 8 hour repair service!
Bedlam helped me out in an emergency. They fixed my laptop in one day and got it running faster than it was running before the issue. Thanks Bedlam for all you do! I depend upon my computer to conduct business, so to be without it puts me out of commission. Every time I've had a problem with my computer I've taken it to Bedlam and they have fixed it very quickly, many times the same day, for a very reasonable charge. The lost productivity costs me many times what Bedlam charges me to fix it. I use Bedlam and recommend that everyone else do the same.

I am so happy that a business associate recommended Bedlam Computers to us! Chris and Kendra were so kind and helpful. Computer issues can be so frustrating and they can bring everything to a grinding halt. Our issue was resolved quickly and we were able to get back to work. EDIT: They have since responded, and have posted a bunch of untruthful stuff. Chris, if you're reading this, if you're gonna respond to LITERALLY every message with an excuse, please eat some crow on why you're service was garbage. A) No calls/texts/emails were recieved, I asked on my second trip for text updates and still did not receive them. B) You installed 2 cards total, not three, and said you received a refund for the first card. C) The first I heard of the motherboard was from your receptionist, who said you could not be reached, and that it wasn't worth keeping the computer. D) I gave you guys a call looking for you, and was directed to buy a new laptop. Honestly, I hope you are never able to swindle anyone else by having customers.
If you don't want to read my story, here is the short version. Terrible service from reception, seemed annoyed with me each time I called, Took at least 3 weeks to finally correct problem. Not being ready by deadlines that were promised earlier. Took two tries to fix a computer that broke again immediately. Terrible. Just Terrible. I my computer in for WIFI issues, and dropped it off, optimistic.
After a few days, I was starting to worry and called in to see what the hold- up was with the lack of updates. When I call in I find out the problem is that they "Didn't have my password", but did not bother to call me to ask. They also ask on the same call that they needed me to bring them my charger, something that they assured me would not be necessary.
After a week I get my laptop back only to have it break 30 minutes in. I took it back in, assuming it would be a quick fix, but quickly discovered I would be waiting another week for service, causing many headaches. When the week went by, I expectantly drove over to get my laptop, only to have the receptionist tell me I was wrong and that it would be another day. 3 hours later I get a call from the same woman saying my laptop was fixed.
I pick it up, and same story once again. Frustrated, I give them a call, only to have the SAME receptionist tell me that my "laptop was worthless, parts were useless" and that I couldn't get a confirmation from Chris, the guy who worked on my laptop. Money down the drain to a problem that they had diagnosed incorrectly. Never use Bedlam Computers.

Great experience with great people! I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically as soon as I walked in, and was impressed by the service I received. As a 20-something, I appreciated the text updates they provide on the status of your computer. It turns out my Apple warranty had not yet expired, which they informed me of, and encouraged me to take it to an Apple Store where the repair would not cost me. I will be recommending this lovely local business to all my college friends having computer problems.

They ordered wrong parts for my macbook pro and they stated it worked. If you are a electronic repair shop that is most unprofessional comment and change your name to maybe we can fix. I took it to xcellular repair they actually fixed it for the half price. But they are not refunding me for what they did wrong.

I have been a customer of Bedlam Computers for over 7 years. I have always found them to be Awesome to work with. The prices are fair and the service is prompt. Total rip off, these guys don't know what they are doing. terrible repair and rip off prices. took my Laptop for hard drive change ( + windows of course ) they charged me 85 for a 45 dollar hard disk ( checked the exact same brand and model on amazon). they charged me 144 for their work. laptop returned, mute button lamp always on. mouse pad doesn't work right, finger scan is not installed. windows wasn't even installed with the latest drives had to do that myself. they promised to finish it the next day at 12 didn't get it until 4 that afternoon. worst of all i can't do anything about it because i'm leaving town. worst place ever, will not go back, will not recommend to an enemy let alone a friend.
