I got what I thought was a computer virus and took my laptop to Quick Computer Services in Meridian. Luckily my problem was not as serious as I thought. The service guy fixed the problem in a matter of a few seconds and didn't charge me anything. He could have kept the laptop for a couple days and charged me for the work. I would not have known the difference. I know now that Quick Computer Services is knowledgeable and HONEST. When I do have a computer problem in the future I am going to Quick Computer Services.

Built my own computer and messed up my OS somehow. Took my PC in late (4pm). Told me it would take a day or 2. They called me 10 AM next morning and said it was fixed. They even gave me a free SATA cable for my hard drive. They also updated drivers and everything else for games to run smoothly and made sure my build was good. Charged me for an hour what would have taken me 3 or 4. Very worth it. 100% recommend these guys. Very friendly and good service.

We would like to commend Cole, Matt and Mike at Quick Computer Services for fulfilling our requirements for a custom built computer. We provided them with a build spec and they responded with a fair estimate the same day. Following our approval they produced the computer in 5 days that completely met our expectations. We loaded the computer with two large programs without difficulty and they have produced the desired result.

Like so many others out there, the Windows 10 update bricked my desktop! My computer was maybe five years old and had everything I wanted on it. It functioned great until Windows 10 was released. I tried everything to recover, fix, repair it remotely. No dice. I really liked the smaller scale foot print and aesthetic features of this particular model/ brand and didn't want a different desktop.

I took it into Quick for a diagnosis. Well. D.O.A. was the verdict. Thanks Windows 10! They refurbished my desktop with a memory, processor, flash drive HD and power source upgrade and.wait for it! Recovered my data from my old hard disc! All this for about $200 less than a new computer! Service was done on time and at the price quoted. No surprises. Great job Quick Computer Services!

This is for Cole M. Are you just getting around to reading my review? My mom is now 82 and in good health Physically and Mentally. For you to say that the facts are un true is beyond me. Just take it like a man and do better. You won't receive any of my business but that doesn't mean you can't do a great job with someone else.

We were traveling thru Boise and needed to transfer data from one broken computer to a new computer. The service we received was excellent! We will definitely recommend to our family members that live in meridian to get their computer serviced at this location if they ever have computer issues. For you older folks (like me) out there that need computer help, I have the man for you. Sergio at Quick Computer Services is awesome! He is knowledgeable and patient. He has taught me some valuable lessons, especially about keeping my computer safe which gives me peace of mind. My daughter also uses him for her business and feels that he is exceptional in his ability to handle any problem in a quick and efficient way. Beside all of that, he is just a nice person as are all the people at this company. We highly recommend Quick Computer Services!

We can't say enough about Quick Computer Services and Sergio's level of client care, in particular! We have been clients of theirs for over 3 years now and are always impressed by how "quick" they are to respond and resolve our technical issues. They are incredibly professional and understand the inter workings of a busy office and respect their clients time. Five stars for sure!

My computer died and even with a back up I did think all of my data could be recovered. I called quick computer that morning that I couldn't get it to boost up. I spoke with Cole the owner and he suggested that he send Sergio our regular tech support to my home and see it he could fix it here and if not he would bring it back to the shop. As a rule I purchase my computers at Costco and Quick Computers were wiling to support that and were willing to talk with their tech to make sure that we had the right product, I sent my husband to purchase a unit but on inspection it lack some major features that they agreed would better suit our needs and matched the Costco price and with a longer warranty on the hard drive.

So we returned our Costco unit and Quick Computers had my new computer up and running with all my data that they managed to recover from my old computer that day. I have 2 retailed store and a home office and they maintain all of computer needs for over 5 years. They are very responsive with any 24hr request for services. I had to replace the power supply in my desktop this afternoon, so I picked one up at Quick Computer Services at lunch. It was almost half the price of the same model at one of their competitors. Overestimating my skill set, I decided I would install it myself. After about a half hour of frustration, I brought the desktop into Quick and asked them to install it. Cole was able to do so and have it reassembled in no time at all.

It is always a treat to see a master tradesman at work, and today was no exception. The guys at Quick Computer Services are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Good service is hard to find these days, but you need look no further than Quick Computer Services for your computer needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
