OK. Last guy required 7 trips over 4 weeks with my PC desktop. Tried "everything". Nope. Stephen had it running like a top within 24 hours. Badda bing! The best in the biz. Simply outstanding!

I've known them for many years and I'm extremely happy with everything they do and i highly recommend them for all you computer work. I have never had a problem that they couldn't resolve.

I took my laptop to him not once, but twice since it did not last any time after the first Disk Cleanup. The laptop was strictly used as a home computer and was never used on the road, so it was never abused, however, after the second repair/upgrade, it again only lasted a few days. I give him 2 Stars because after taking it back a third time, he elected not to charge me for telling me he can't fix it - after me disputing his potential charge. After paying out a total of $235.00 in repairs - Lesson Learned, I should have just purchased a new laptop!

I highly recommend this computer repair shop. Very professional and capable assistance with my laptop recently. The entire experience was much appreciated. I will definitely come back when I need technical assistance in the future.

When my laptop went down, i needed it repaired asap. Stephen was very professional and was able to save my files that were on a bad hard drive. Installed a new hard drive and got me back up and running at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent service every time! I used a previous hard drive replacement I purchased from US 1 Computer Works for 8 YEARS! It worked flawlessly and was still going strong, when I purchased a new computer from a big chain store in 2017. Two years later, the hard drive failed. I brought my computer here to replace the hard drive, and was told it might take 24 hours.

It was ready even sooner, in half that time. It works beautifully. My old data was restored in a thoughtful and logical way, much more organized than I had it on my old computer. The owner is very skilled, works quickly, and his prices are fair and competitive. I am very happy with this shop!

There are three major computer repair businesses in Saint Augustine, and based on my experience, US 1 Computer Works is by far the best. As a self-employed editor and writer, my livelihood depends on having a working computer at all times. So, I need quick and reliable tech support. I first used US 1 Computer Works to help me with a minor issue related to my laptop power cord.

I initially called a computer repair service closer to where I lived, and they were not able to help me in a reasonable time frame. When I called US 1 Computer Works, one of the staff, Jim, offered to do a quick assessment of the problem. He saved my day by identifying the problem as a power cord issue, and not the power cord port, thus allowing me to quickly replace my power cord. Jim also suggested that I could prolong the usable life of my laptop suffering from maxed out memory by adding an inexpensive external drive. Stephen the owner was incredibly helpful in showing me how to move data to the external drive, and how to use the external drive to start up applications, thus preserving memory on my aging laptop.

In addition, US 1 Computer Works rehabbed an old desktop, which I can now use when I'm based with family out of state. US 1 Computer Works is exceptional, and I'm so grateful they are in Saint Augustine. These guys are pros. Their turnaround time is great, and their fees are very affordable. Go here first!

This was my first time using them - I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend them. I can't believe I never knew they were here locally. Very reasonably priced - fast service - very efficient - extremely knowledgeable - and didn't try selling you things you didn't need (up-selling). I was very impressed. I've used others locally - and Jim at Computer Works was the only one to DX the problem on my hard-drive and get it fixed right the first time. Definitely will be using them for all my computer issues.

I first met Stephen when he did some work on site for a friend of mine who runs a business in town. I was SOOO impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness and with the reasonable rates. Later, when my computer had a virus, he was the only person I even considered calling. Since then, both my husband & I have used US 1 Computer Works for all of our computer issues.
