We had been experiencing several issues with our internet & WiFi signal which was making it extremely difficult for us to run our business. Daniel promptly got a hold of me, we started with fixing some of the settings remotely. He ordered us a new and MUCH better router. When the router arrived one of his associates came over and installed it. We have had internet without ANY interruptions or dropped signals for the first time in weeks.
